I’m passionate about helping individuals and corporate professionals to live their most magnetic lives aligned who they are.

I worked in the corporate tech world for over 17 years, helping people and organisations grow through enterprise software. In that time I found my love for supporting people to become successful in themselves - through a holistic approach to wellbeing.

In that time I became accredited as an NLP Practitioner and coach and have helped people feel happier, more aligned with who they are, and live their best lives.

Coach, Speaker & Guide in Self-Discovery and Conscious Leadership

I’m Susanna Kenyon-Muir, a dynamic coach and international speaker helping corporate professionals break free from limiting beliefs, reconnect with who they truly are, and design a life and career they’re genuinely excited to wake up to.

Having grown up across Singapore, Australia, Germany, and now the UK, I bring a truly global perspective to my work. My own journey of self-discovery, shaped by my childhood in boarding school, navigating questions of identity, and spending over 15 years in leadership roles with global tech companies including Citrix, VMware, Salesforce and WalkMe, ignited my mission to empower people to live with purpose, clarity and alignment.

Far from being just another coach, I weave together neuroscience-based coaching, NLP, energy work, and spiritual practices such as meditation and breathwork. My provocative yet practical approach helps high-achieving, growth-driven professionals stop repeating old patterns, gain clarity on their values, and step into a career and lifestyle that truly fits.

Whether I’m supporting someone to secure a promotion, pivot into a new role, or simply rediscover joy and flow in their day-to-day, my goal is always the same: to help them create lasting change by combining awareness with action.

I truly believe that when you know who you are and what makes you tick, what your desires are, what inspires you, and what you’re good at, then you can create a life you’re excited about, day in and day out.
