Transform Your Work Performance With Organisational Coaching

70% of people who experience organisational coaching benefit from improved work performance, relationships and more effective communication skills!

I’m still beaming with energy after a successful speaking gig in Arizona for Eurofins, a global life sciences company on ‘Thriving in 2024 with Intentions’ for their Annual Sales Conference.

Going into it I was nervous about being on stage again after what felt like a long time... But being at their annual sales conference reminded me of my early career in tech sales working for Citrix at the time and flying to Santa Barbara here in the US every year. The energy, seeing familiar faces that I hadn’t seen in years, meeting new ones and all the sessions, and most importantly the renewed energy I always felt leaving that week.

So to be a part of it, and to be one of their first external guest speakers, was an absolute honour to be on the other side and on stage!

Setting the stage (pun intended ;)) I shared my story from tech to finding my purpose in coaching, travelling, creating a portfolio business on my terms and running workshops at retreats - and the power of being intentional when you have clarity, awareness and intentionality with how you design and live your life.

My intention for the group?

To give them time and space to reflect.

To connect with ONE intention that they felt deeply connected to.

...that they wanted to bring to life and make it a reality in 90 days (end of April).

We used my journal ‘Intentions’ which all 120 participants were gifted, to guide everyone through 3 carefully selected exercises.

I wanted the attendees to come out of the event with something tangible that they could continue to delve into and implement in their day-to-day. Because let's face it, how many times have you been to an event, got excited and then forgot about what you learned a few weeks after?

I had so many people thank me afterwards for the experience, inspiration and guidance - I share this because it reinforced and reminded me about what I love to do. #grateful!

Have you ever wondered how coaching could benefit you or your organisation?

Like in sports, coaching in business can have a huge impact on business performance as outlined by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) below:

“80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and over 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills. 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more (source: ICF 2009)”

Here are just some of the many benefits of coaching in organisations:

  • Empowers individuals and encourages them to take responsibility

  • Increases employee and staff engagement

  • Improves individual performance

  • Helps identify and develop high-potential employees

  • Helps identify both organisational and individual strengths and development opportunities

  • Helps to motivate and empower individuals to excel

  • Demonstrates organisational commitment to human resource development

  • Helps employees manage mental wellbeing

  • Therefore driving productivity
