Why it is Important to Let All Emotions Flow
It is ok, and it is good, to feel all of the emotions. Sit with them, note them down, feel the sadness, anger, frustration or whatever is coming up for you. Let the tears flow if that is what is trying to come out, or safely let your anger out. It’s beneficial in many ways to connect with and process your emotions and here’s why:

What One Thing Could You Do Now for a Life Change?

The Art of Manifesting
To manifest you have to have a “Clear intention and an elevated emotion” - Dr Joe Dispenza
We hear a lot about manifesting and what it is but how do you actually go about it?
In this article I break down the steps towards manifesting so that you can apply this to something in your life.
When manifesting there are two clear steps, as outlined by Dr Joe Dispenza who is a neuroscientist, a quantum physicist and spiritual guru amongst other things.
You want to have a clean intention mixed with an elevated emotion. So what does this really mean in practical terms?
So let’s get clear on the steps.
*At the end of the article I also provide a free guide and worksheets to manifest your desires.
What Do and Don’t you Want
Do you really know what you want? If you don’t, then a great way to start is with what you DON’T want. This is often easier and can help you reframe to what you do want! Let me help you.
Creating What You Want In Your Life - Through Clarity and Beliefs
Feeling lost in your life can be frustrating, overwhelming, and let’s be honest pretty exhausting.
But the good news is, you don't have to stay stuck in that place forever!
There are two things that are typically lying between you today and your future self:
1. Clarity about what you want
2. Your beliefs
I truly believe that when you have a clear understanding of what you desire and want, and what beliefs you hold that are limiting or holding you back, you can create an aligned life or career. And it’s scientifically proven through neuroscience and quantum physics, but let’s leave that for another day ;)
Starting with getting clarity requires a bit of work - through reflection, self-awareness, and a willingness to be honest with yourself about what you desire in your life.
Make Aligned Life or Career Decisions Based on Your Values
You’ve probably seen values plastered all over corporate brochures and websites touting that their business runs on values. Mostly though they are generic values and are not embodied within the organisation. Some do this very well though!
And the ‘value’ (yes :)) of knowing your values and embodying them in your life is imperative to getting clarity about what you ‘value’ and using your values to make aligned decisions - in your job, relationships, the lifestyle you crave and more.
It’s changed my approach to making decisions and really thinking hard about what I value and whether that job opportunity or person I want to work with align to my values.
Are you experiencing Burnout or a Social Hangover?
Checking in with how you’re feeling on a regular basis can help to recognise burnout before it takes over your life. Are you exhausted, anxious, drained, unable to sleep or get out of bed? Do you feel unmotivated or feel a lack of energy in your day?
Feeling the pressure from all angles in one's life to constantly be on the go can lead to social burnout.
